Noto Color Emoji is a multi-color font in the OpenType CBDT format. It supports all emoji symbols in Unicode 13 and beyond, but only works in Android, Google Chrome, Windows 10 and in apps that support the CBDT format.

Noto Color Emoji contains 3,113 glyphs, and supports 1,374 characters from 14 Unicode blocks: Miscellaneous Symbols and Pictographs, Supplemental Symbols and Pictographs, Transport and Map Symbols, Miscellaneous Symbols, Emoticons, Enclosed Alphanumeric Supplement, Dingbats, Miscellaneous Technical, Symbols and Pictographs Extended-A, Enclosed Ideographic Supplement, Geometric Shapes Extended, Arrows, Geometric Shapes, Miscellaneous Symbols and Arrows.
